Kirsty Mawer MSM, MODSHRM, FAICD

Kirsty Mawer is skilled in business turnarounds, mergers, risk management and governance, performance management, organisation development, leadership training, change management, and strategic planning and implementation.

As a business improvement practitioner for the past 16 years she has a track record of delivering bottom line results. Kirsty has worked with many Fortune 500 Companies including American Express, Australia & New Zealand Banking Corporation, AXA, BHP Billiton, BP, Eli Lilly, Ford Motor Company, GlaxoSmithKline, Swiss Reinsurance and Unilever. In addition she has worked with many significant corporations within Australia that include ActewAGL, Caterpillar Australia, Energy Networks Australia, Metcash Trading, Multiplex Group, Toll Holdings, and TruEnergy.

Kirsty holds the degrees of Master of Sustainable Management (MSM) and Master of Organisation Development and Strategic Human Resource Management (MODSHRM). She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. In addition she holds a Diploma in Company Directing and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).

Kirsty is the author of two books; "Leadership Coaching ~ A Practical Guide" (ISBN 1 74103 195 8) and "Dancing With Brilliance" (ISBN 0 9757712 1 3). She has a reputation as an effective performance coach and capability developer.

Kirsty's business and industry experience encompasses governance, risk management, strategy development, business turnarounds, mergers, sustainability and corporate social responsibility, leadership development, change management, organisation development and people management. She has developed, directed and implemented transformational change and organisational development strategies across entire organisations. She has coached many individuals, managers and executives to achieve outstanding results aligned with business strategy and she acts as a mentor to several professionals, executives and business owners.

Kirsty has both experience and a passion for developing individuals, enhancing communities, supporting organisations, and facilitating business growth. She is a director of the Phillip Island Nature Parks and a past director of Netball Victoria. She has over 12 years Board experience on many not-for-profit, community and industry boards including tenure as President and Chairman.
